Hey there food lovers! My name is Chassis. I've been cooking professionally for the past almost 7 years but I've been cooking overall since I was 12. My mom finally let me have some reign of the kitchen with minimal supervision back then so I took it and ran with it. Sure, there were lots of trial and errors but I did manage to have some successes and my love for cooking became greater than anything else so I went on to study culinary arts. The idea of taking multiple simple ingredients that do so little on their own and combining them to be something great and delicious is what I love doing for myself and especially for others.

I specialize in Classic Comfort, Italian, American, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. Honestly I love making everything. I've had the chance to work all over the D.C. metropolitan area in hotels, entertainment venues, restaurants, and other places but I love being an entrepreneur and a personal chef because it's truly personal and customizable. I'm allowed the freedom to be as creative as I want as long as it follows the likes and dislikes of my clients. Couldn't ask for a better job!
