Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, I became fully immersed in the diviverse food scene of the city at a young age.  As a way to nurture this curiosity, my Italian American mother, who was a phenomenal cook, put me to work in the kitchen before I was a teenager.

As a professional I began my journey at the world-renowned French Culinary Institute. I have honed my skills in many excellent establishments such as The Modern, Morimoto, The Monkey Bar, and The Farm on Adderley. Later I moved on to the 5 Star hotel The Pierre, where I worked in  Le Caprice and Sirio Restaurante.  Under the tutelage of legendary chefs such as Gabriel Kruther, Morimoto, Larry and Marc Forgione I have developed a style that is based on an uncompromising commitment to quality,and one that is broad enough to suit any style from comfort home cooking, to elegant and highly sophisticated.
