Hello,

I'm Chef Jeanelle Brown and one could say, I was meant for this career. My military family upbringing armed me with discipline and the ability to adjust quickly to an environment or situation. I knew from my first few jobs in my teens that I was going to work magic with my hands. After deliberating for three years I took the leap and decided that my creativity would have a more specific direction, Pastry Chef. It was only the beginning when I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2010, one of the best days of my life. For the past five years I've continued on this path until curiousity turned my attention to savory, making me a more well rounded chef and giving me the more personal touch with my work that I wanted. There's a certain wonder about food and I want to share what I've discovered with you. It's powerful, it has history, it can bring joy, it can heal, it can comfort, and ultimately no celebration large or small is complete without it. This is what Im bringing to your doorstep. I know you'll enjoy this food as much as I did making it.

 I was recently told that Pastry Chefs have a "bubbly" personality, well aren't you in for a treat! A Pastry Chef that loves savory food more than dessert because she eats like a growing boy! Who would have guessed?
