Hello, I'm chef Jose Antonio Sosa and I want to share my passion for food with you! I have been cooking from the time that I could reach the stove. My talented grandmother taught me that food is an act of love that lets us share and care one to each other, regardless of language, religion, ethnicity or political opinion.

    I attended culinary school in Venezuela, directed by Jose Rafael Lovera, and learned from the best chef in my country, like Victor Moreno, Sumito Esteves and more. I also worked alongside Laurent Cantinaux, Andres,Madrigal, Xavi de la Huerta, all Michelin Star chefs. I have cooked for many elite gourmets and food critics, who I always thank for their feedback. After all, criticism is what makes chef even better. After few years of traveling, I became a Professor in the culinary field, which I found very rewarding.

     I have represented my country and my culinary institution (CEGA) in a variety of international events in Peru, Mexico City, Trinidad, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, Spain, France and Thailand. Apart from that, my recipes have been published in a local newspaper in Caracas, Venezuela. Most recently, I have been working as a private chef on yachts and private houses and sometimes I also get hired to teach cooking to the clients instead of just cooking for them, which is really fun too.

     The knowledge I have gained has been incredible and I just can’t wait to spread my love of food and share it with you!
