My passion for cooking stemmed at an early age. My first visit to Argentina where my parents and grand parents are from triggered my love for cooking. I remember watching my grandmother make a basket out of a melon and adding ham inside with the diced melon. The simplicity and the taste sparked something inside me. 

I was born and raised in Miami. My cuisine reflects a lot of my parents and grandparents Argentine influences along with some Italian from my great grandparents from my fathers side. I attended  Johnson and Wales University where I began learning the basic fundamentals of cooking. I began my culinary journey in 2008 working at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. I worked my way around the different restaurants and kitchens growing my knowledge and passion for cooking. I've been fortunate enough to work with different chefs from other countries that have mentored me. 

My grandmother has been my greatest influence. I showcase all the recipes that I have learned from her and it gives me such satisfactions fm pride to share it with others. My goal is to create memories with my guests through my food.
