Chef Vivian was born in Venezuela where tropical colors, flavors and natural beauty are part of every day living. At young age (12 years ) Chef Vivian began cooking and as a descendant of a European family I learned and extended variety of cooking from salty to sweet, main dish and desserts. I was cooking professionally  in Caracas Venezuela form many years, but due to the political circumstances in Venezuela I moved to U.S in 2002. To certify all of all my vast experience I graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu.
