If your chef misses or cancels a request that has been scheduled with you, you will be refunded 100% of what was paid for the missed/cancelled booking.
If you as a customer request a chef and cancel, your refund wil depend on how far in advance you cancelled:
- Cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of booking - 100% refund
- Cancelled by 4pm or earlier the day of booking - 75% refund
- After 4pm or later the day of booking - 0% refund. This is because the chef has likely purchased the food for the event and also been blocked for that alloted time.
